I use an iPod all the time while working from home. It’s perfect for a home business owner or freelancer. Apart from listening to your own choice of music through headphones, you can use it through your stereo as well. Do you use an iPod while working at home?
Business Podcasts & Multitasking
Home business wise, I download podcasts onto my iPod to listen to whenever it suits me. That’s usually while I am at the computer, doing things like internet surfing (or procrastinating) - mulititasking at its best!
I also listen to many of the podcasts over again, and take notes or just absorb the info a second time.
I’ve found them great way to process information in a different format. I often listen while walking as well… multitasking again!
Free Business Podcasts
The variety of podcasts available is pretty amazing, and most of are free. Podcast.net is just one useful source of free business podcasts. Do you have any recommendations for podcast sources?

I’ve always found the Podcast Network to be a good source for podcasts on a variety of topics.
