Home Biz Myth Busted - When You Work At Home You Aren’t Serious About Business
Home Biz Myth:
When You Work At Home You Aren’t Serious About Business
Today’s Top Home Biz Tip is from Shannon Cherry of Start Up Spark.
Shannon is an experienced home based public relations and marketing professional.
She operates Cherry Communications, as well as Be Heard Solutions.
When you work at home, you aren’t serious about business. Egads! I hate this one, and is why I avoid saying I am a work from home mom.
I’m not serious? I have two virtual employees who expect a paycheck every month (and that’s besides my own paycheck). And on top of that, I don’t get holidays, or sick days, or even mental health days!
If I wasn’t serious about my business, don’t you think I’d go back to work for someone else?
HOME BIZ MYTH BUSTED!!
Thanks Shannon. We’re with you on this one, for sure.
Anyone who knows how hard you work, and sees how your business is thriving and growing, would know you are definitely not only a serious business owner, but a successful and much respected one.
