Home Businesses Participate in Heart Health Month
February has been designated as Heart Health Month, so many businesses, traditional as well as those in the home, are participating in donations and charity drives to benefit the American Heart & Stroke Association. b5media has set a goal to raise $5,000 for this cause in their Heart Matters: a Charity Drive.
Sometimes businesses will participate in causes such as Heart Health Month by hading a donation container at the check-out counter. Other times the owners and employees will join a walk or run for health. Perhaps they’ll donate a percentage of the sales of specific items.
During February, you may decide to participate in Heart Health Month, in some way with your home business.
